Accepting Delivery
To adhere to liquor laws, a person aged 18 years or older must be available to receive the delivery and may need to present valid identification. During checkout, you can provide specific delivery instructions, including authorization for leaving the delivery at your address. However, in some cases, due to Australia's liquor laws, couriers may be prohibited from leaving your order. If this situation arises, the courier will leave a notice outlining how you can arrange for the delivery of your order.
Please be aware that if it is your first order with us, in line with liquor laws, this option will not be available as the courier service is obliged by law to verify the age of the customer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders only within Australia. If you reside outside of Australia and would like to purchase Citric, please contact us.

If you would like to know more about your delivery or require clarification of the above, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

4. Why We Collect and Disclose Your Personal Information
We utilize and disclose personal information as necessary to carry out our business functions and activities, maintain and update our records, deliver our goods and services, and safeguard our lawful interests. Without your personal information, we may not be able to perform these tasks. For instance, we may utilize your personal information for order processing, payment handling, and to enhance your shopping experience. Your details will be used to complete and dispatch your orders, which may involve sharing information with third-party service providers like suppliers and courier companies. 5. Cookies and Third-Party Sites
Similar to numerous other websites, our websites may utilize 'cookies' intermittently. A cookie is a data piece that enables our system to recognize and interact more efficiently with your browser. It assists us in maintaining the continuity of your browsing session, remembering your details and preferences upon return visits, and tracking items in your shopping cart, including abandoned checkouts. This information is utilized to determine the timing for sending cart reminder messages via email. While you have the option to opt-in or opt-out of cookies when accessing our website and/or configure your web browser software to reject cookies, some parts of our websites may not function fully as a result.
Additionally, our websites may occasionally employ other services to better comprehend website traffic and manage, enhance, market, and secure our websites.
Please note that this privacy policy does not extend to websites or services maintained by other companies or organizations to which we link or transmit data. We bear no responsibility for any personal information you provide to third parties via our website. We strongly advise reviewing the privacy policies of such companies or organisations before disclosing your details.
6. Personal Information for Marketing
When you sign up to use our services, we provide you with the option to receive marketing communications from us, including promotions and information that may be of interest to you. We always give you the opportunity to opt out of these communications. Every electronic communication (such as email and SMS) we send you will include an unsubscribe link, or for SMS, clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. This allows you to easily opt out of receiving that specific type of message in the future.
7. Protection of Information
We implement reasonable measures to uphold suitable safeguards, ensuring the security and integrity of the information you entrust to us. When placing an order or accessing your account details, we utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which encrypts your information before transmission, safeguarding it against unauthorized use. Furthermore, we take reasonable steps to ascertain that third-party business partners to whom we transfer any data will afford adequate protection for that personal information. It's important to note that transmitting information over the internet carries inherent risks, and although we endeavour to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security online.
8. Your Rights
If applicable, privacy laws may grant you the right to access and amend the personal information we possess about you. Often, we can promptly and informally aid you with such inquiries. However, in certain instances, we may need to authenticate your identity and request that you submit your request in writing. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline such requests where permitted by law.
